Refund policy
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you may return your item within 21 days of purchase.
The returned item must be in the same condition as it was sent out, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase for the refund to be approved. Unless the item you received is faulty, you are liable for return postage costs. Our shipping costs are non-refundable.
We advise you return the item via tracked shipping as until the item reaches us, it is under your care and not the responsibility of Adaptive Clothing UK.
Once received, we shall initiate a refund ( if eligible ) and will be in touch with you via email. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receipt of your return. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Any items returned not in original condition and not suitable for resale will not be refunded.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
There will also be a £5 restocking fee.
